Dale Schaeffer serves as the Superintendent for the Florida District of the Church of the Nazarene, overseeing 140 churches with a focus on church planting, congregational revitalization, leadership development, and compassionate outreach. Previously, he served as the pastor of New Life Church in Medford, Oregon, and as the founding pastor of BridgeWay Community in Pekin, Illinois. An alumnus of MidAmerica Nazarene University, Nazarene Theological Seminary, and Trevecca Nazarene University, Dale specializes in transformational and adaptive leadership, equipping churches to help people who have given up on God and the church find their way back to faith.
