M25 Registration prices (Note: Visa or Mastercard only):

– $79 (Now- Dec 31. 2024) Early Bird Discount

– $99 (Jan.1- Feb 12. 2025) Full Price

– $49 one day pass- either Tuesday or Wednesday

– Children to 13 years old –FREE

– Evening Services- FREE

– College Student Registration is for those students and their sponsors who register through their campus M25 Group Leader and attend with their campus group. The cost is $49/person and includes:

– Access to conference sessions & workshops

– Housing (quad occupancy) for check-in Monday, February 10, and check-out on Thursday, February 13.  (Participants are responsible for the cost of any additional nights if available and arranged prior.)

– Two lunches (Tuesday & Wednesday)

– Tuesday NYI Late Night Gathering

Boxed lunches are available for purchase with your registration for Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference, priced at $26.00 each. With several options to choose from, these lunches are perfect if you’re planning to attend a Mega Seminar during the lunch hour or want to stay within the convention center. If you order a boxed lunch, you will be able to conveniently pick it up near the registration desk in the convention center just before the lunch break that day.

No. We are not able to provide childcare in a public convention center as we cannot ensure the necessary security.

We are planning to have Spanish translation for the plenary sessions.

To add boxed lunches or a pre-conference selection to your registration:

1. Click the Register Now button at the top of this page.

2. On the next page, click Already Registered at the top right.

3. From there, you can add to or edit your registration.
